-POSITION INFO:Key Responsibilities:Analyze technical site data (Motherstation & customer sites) and recommend improvementsExecute and track Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and continuous improvement actionsProvide hands-on technical support across compressors, trailers, PRMS, Scada, and related systemsLiaise with compressor, gas engine, electrical, and trailer suppliersAssist with project installations, commissioning, testing, and costingDesign and implement training programs for Technicians and OperatorsEnsure safety, compliance, and procedural integrity on-siteContribute to development of AI/IoT tools for proactive monitoringMonitor key KPIs and generate monthly reportsStay abreast of industry innovations and lead equipment improvement initiativesMinimum Requirements:Millwright Trade Test (essential)Minimum 10 years of technical experience in industrial or gas environmentsStrong hands-on experience with compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, PLCsPLC programming and troubleshooting experienceCryogenics and road tanker knowledge is advantageousKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Green Belt beneficial)Proficient in data analysis, predictive modeling, and reportingValid driver's license & willingness to travel and work shifts/overtimeProficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft ProjectsIdeal Candidate Traits:Analytical and detail-orientedStrong communication and training abilityProactive, safety-driven, and self-managedFlexible and adaptable to high-pressure environments
