- Developing the E-commerce and Social Media capabilities of the existing consultant base.
- Inspire and cultivate sustained recruitment and growth in the number of new sales consultants that are actively selling online.
- Develop and drive strategies in maximising the conversion rate of online customers to sales consultants.
- Increasing the total online sales of the consultant base.
- Innovate, design and implement market-leading E-commerce sales strategies for consultants to ensure long-term sustainable growth on the Online channel.
- Inspirational and pragmatic leadership to build & grow the online sales network.
- Drive the achievement of E-commerce sales metrics aligned to sustainable growth.
- Develop and train advanced methods for building an online sales network.
- Grade 12. Relevant studies i.e. Diploma in Marketing and / or Sales will be advantageous.
- Extensive working knowledge of E-COMMERCE & SOCIAL MEDIA tools and platforms.
- Proven track record of experience and achievement in growing sales networks in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge and skills regarding online sales and relevant social media marketing.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Exceptional Sales acumen and insight.
- Sales metrics / outcomes driven.
- Innovative and assertive.
- Excellent/effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and professional work approach.
