Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Territory Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to lead inventory and purchasing operations across key territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the supply chain, ensuring accurate stock levels, reducing operational costs, and maintaining a high standard of logistical efficiency. This is a critical leadership role requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving, team management, and strategic planning within a dynamic, multi-territory environment.Minimum requirements:
- Proven track record in supply chain/inventory management or purchasing.
- Experience in multi-territory operations and warehouse/3PL co-ordination.
- Strong ERP and data analysis proficiency.
- Sound understanding of international logistics, customs compliance, and quality standards.
- Experience handling materials such as electromechanical, ceramic, or plastic components.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- Supply Chain certifications (APICS CSCP/CPIM) preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership with team-building and mentoring capabilities.
- Clear communicator with effective negotiation skills.
- Capable of thriving under pressure with shifting priorities.
