Position: Marketing & Brand Manager
Location: Port Elizabeth
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Role OverviewAn exciting opportunity exists for a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the national marketing function of a well-established real estate brand. This role plays a critical part in strengthening brand positioning and supporting a nationwide franchise network with cohesive, high-impact marketing at both national and local levels.The ideal candidate will hold a relevant marketing qualification and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior marketing role—preferably within a franchise or multi-branch environment. A solid background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution is essential.This position works closely with a creative agency, public relations firm, and in-house digital marketing staff to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & ManagementDrive and uphold brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.Lead the creation and execution of national marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and relevance.Campaign Execution & Agency CollaborationManage relationships with external marketing and PR agencies to deliver integrated, effective campaigns.Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and internal approval processes.Digital Marketing & Social MediaDirect all digital marketing activities including content planning, social media strategy, and analytics.Continuously optimise digital engagement and follower growth across key platforms.Lead Generation & Website PerformanceIncrease qualified traffic to the company’s website and franchise-specific landing pages.Enhance lead generation performance for both property sales and rentals.Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance indicators.Franchise Marketing SupportProvide franchisees with marketing toolkits, templates, and strategic guidance.Support the localisation of national campaigns and offer hands-on assistance with regional initiatives.Internal Communication & Brand AdvocacyPromote brand-aligned messaging throughout the organisation.Inspire franchisees and internal teams to actively participate in brand-building initiatives.Budget & Financial OversightDevelop and manage the annual marketing budget.Ensure that all marketing initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with the approved financial plan.This role is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, thrives on strategic thinking, and is passionate about brand growth and franchise support.Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to Kirsten Smith at kirsten@profilepersonnel.co.zaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
