- Align to and implement corporate governance frameworks and business models in compliance with the relevant legislation, policies and business processes.
- Align strategies and objectives according to knowledge gained from reports and analysis.
- Direct the development and implementation of relevant policies, procedures and controls.
- Formulate and develop an effective functional operating plan that positively contributes to the achievement of organisational goals.
- Formulate models for the development and implementation of governance, compliance, integrity and ethics frameworks.
- Manage financial and operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Manage process to ensure accurate and timeously reporting of deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
- Strategically influencing the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) compliance.
- Develop the multifunctional budgets to ensure that the strategic deliverables are adequately budgeted for.
- Contribute to effective decision making through ensuring that management information is accurate and reliable.
- Ensure that hedging practices are managed to achieve financial and risk management objectives.
- Ensure that working capital requirements are forecasted in line with optimisation initiatives.
- Influence pricing models across product sets and service solutions in line with profitability targets and optimisation initiatives.
- Conduct monthly business reviews of all areas under area of control, identify the risks and take corrective action.
- Consolidate management account processes, review analytically and suggest remedial action.
- Develop functional budget to ensure that the strategic deliverables are adequately budgeted for.
- Ensure that the budgets are developed, translated into strategic objectives, goals, outputs and targets that monitors expenditure and maximizes cost benefits
- Manage all reporting up the line including board and operational reports and ensure that the reports are accurate and analytically correct.
- Manage net working capital levels and ensure controls are in place to align with company policy.
- Manage the cash management process for the franchise/business.
- Manage the security of all assets, in line with company policy and procedures.
- Review monthly salary input and identify anomalies and take corrective action.
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable organisational strategic objectives.
- Formulate service excellence frameworks to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Oversee and co-ordinate a network of sustainable stakeholder relationships.
- Plan and deliver services and/or products that create a culture which aims to exceed customer' expectations in the business.
- Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition.
- Direct the development and implementation of human capability across a single function to ensure the achievement of the people management strategy.
- Drive change management activities across a single value chain to ensure optimal adoption for change.
- Manage workforce planning aligned with talent management strategies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, reward and recognition and employee relations to ensure an optimal working environment.

- 8 - 10 years' experience in a similar environment, of which 3 - 4 years' at senior management level
