- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant to a CEO or senior executive.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
