This role will manage the design and maintenance of the CRM/Creator, ensuring that workflows, fields, and automations align with both business and client needs.Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain CRM structure (fields, modules, workflows).- Translate project needs into layouts and processes.- Build workflow automations.- Support integration projects (API logic, supplier briefs).- Document system architecture and maintain alignment with analytics.Skills Needed:- Zoho or PowerBI CRM & Creator- Workflow logic- API basics & integration knowledge (e.g., RESTful API, JSON, webhooks)- System architecture documentation
