  • Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research, cold outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn), and book meetings.
  • Handle Objections Like a Pro: Turn “I’m busy” into “Tell me more.”
  • Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with closers to move deals forward.
  • Hit (and Smash) Targets: Weekly, monthly, quarterly—you’re driven by KPIs.
Requirements
  • Proven confidence and resilience in high-pressure sales environments; comfortable facing and overcoming rejection
  • Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to pivot conversations and persuade effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance products is a strong plus
