- Proven confidence and resilience in high-pressure sales environments; comfortable facing and overcoming rejection
- Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to pivot conversations and persuade effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance products is a strong plus
