- Write sharp, engaging copy that reflects the tone of each brand while adapting seamlessly to different platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and producers to bring integrated campaign ideas to life, from pitch to final delivery.
- Craft narratives and messaging frameworks that guide the creative across different parts of the customer journey
- Stay plugged into platform trends, creator culture, and audience behaviour to inform culturally relevant and timely work.
- Contribute to creative workshops, brainstorms, and internal reviews with a clear, compelling voice and a collaborative mindset.
- Present ideas and copy to internal teams and clients with confidence, clarity, and creative passion.
- Work quickly and efficiently within fast-moving timelines, without sacrificing craft or attention to detail.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience crafting engaging copy for social-first campaigns, integrated brand activations, and always-on digital content. Portfolio should demonstrate a blend of big ideas and tactical execution that drives engagement, shares, and action.
- Exceptional storytelling and conceptual writing skills, with a strong grasp of how to adapt narratives across different digital and social channels from TikTok and Instagram to YouTube and emerging formats.
- Able to shift tone and voice depending on brand, audience, and platform, while keeping the core idea consistent and impactful.
- Deep understanding of culture, content, and context, with the ability to create work that feels relevant, resonant, and creatively brave.
- Collaborative and agile by nature, with a love for creative problem-solving in fast-moving environments. You thrive in team settings whether bouncing ideas in a brainstorm or shaping work in feedback loops with clients and partners.
- Digitally curious and socially native, with a finger on the pulse of platform updates, new formats, and what's breaking through the noise. You bring fresh thinking to briefs and always look for ways to push ideas a little further.
- Strong collaboration skills and proactive.
