A leading online educational institution dedicated to providing innovative and accessible learning experiences is looking for a Debtors and Creditors Clerk to join their finance team!Salary: R10 000-R15 000 ctc Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred but Diploma or other certifications will be consideredProven experience as a Debtors and Creditors Clerk, or similar role, preferably within an educational institution or online business environmentStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and invoicingExcellent communication skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectivelyProficient in accounting software (Xero) and MS Office, particularly ExcelHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKey Responsibilities:Invoice ManagementProcess, verify, and post invoices for both sales and purchases. Ensure all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner, and maintain accurate records for all transactionsSupplier Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for suppliersNegotiate terms, resolve queries and disputes, and ensure that the business maintains positive and productive relationships with all vendorsDebit Order ManagementSet up and manage debit orders for tuition and other fees.
