Job Description:Develop, manage, lead and report on sales incentivesLiaise carefully with the business stakeholders for the purpose of securing future business and cultivating purposeful relationshipsHead up the commercial team, comprising of New business, Sales, Programme Management, Tender management and MarketingLead the implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure exceptional and consistent services across all clientsProvide sound knowledge and guidance of corporate governanceEnsure Sales and Marketing activities are planned and executedDeliver presentations to prospective clientsManage and lead the marketing team and budgets to ensure brand presence and campaigns are alignedGrow the effective SMME strategyDevelop lead and grow the entire commercial team for succession planningQualification and Skills:BCom Qualification – MinimumPGDip or Master’s would be advantageousMust have 5-8 years Commercial & Marketing Management experienceAbility to cold call, network independently and proactively generate sales leadsMust have knowledge of Business Analysis, Risk Management, and Workforce management.
