Developing and maintaining BI solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and other tools.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights.
Supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing BI systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Designing and optimizing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Documenting BI processes, data models, and reports for future reference.
Participating in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
MS BI certification (advantageous).

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a BI Developer.
Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and data modelling.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Experience with ETL processes and cloud technologies is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong SQL skills with the ability to develop complex queries, views, and stored procedures.
Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies.
PHP & MySQL knowledge is a plus.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
