- Set and track individual and team sales targets
- Conduct client outreach, site inspections, and corporate sales calls
- Analyse competitor activity and local market trends
- Develop sales strategies to promote midweek and off-season bookings
- Promote loyalty programs and drive Leisure Club membership
- Database management and sales data mining
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each property
- Collaborate with group marketing and production teams to ensure brand consistency
- Maintain and optimise all marketing channels:
- Social media
- Email marketing
- SEO & SEM
- Third-party platforms
- Traditional and digital advertising
- Ensure websites are accurate, up to date, and visually aligned with brand standards
- Maintain all promotional collateral, assets, and imagery
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism (preferred but not essential)
- 3–5 years in a similar sales and marketing leadership role within hospitality
- Proven success in revenue-focused sales strategies
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (Opera PMS advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing online marketing and advertising campaigns
- Understanding of hospitality marketing structure and multi-brand environments
