HVAC Operations Manager - JHBJOB PURPOSE (ROLE CONTEXT) This role is responsible for the overall planning, organisation, and service control of area within designated scope of responsibilities to ensure SLAs are executed efficiently, on time and within budget and standards.The Operations Manager will drive to leverage operational best practices enabled through appropriate technology for all business processes and delivering best-in-class operational performance providing operational advice and guidance to sites and projects in terms of legislative and operational processes and proceduresMinimum requirements:❑ Minimum 5 10 years HVAC Industry / Service Experience ❑ Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs ❑ Experience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance ❑ Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment ❑ Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies❑ Adherence to SLA and contractual terms of service.
