Reliability Engineer (Construction/Mining Manufacturing) Lichtenburg

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and drive corrective actions
• Support new installations and capital projects
• Perform ongoing reliability analysis; develop improvement plans
• Prepare regular reliability reports
• Plan and schedule engineering work
• Oversee audit compliance and computerized maintenance management

• B.Eng. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience (2 years in Milling manufacturing, heavy Equipment industry)

• Shutdown and spares management
• Equipment knowledge (cement manufacturing)
• Root Cause Analysis and project management
