Technical computer skills, mobile handset knowledge and basic networking knowledgeDuties & Responsibilities:Gathers existing process documentation and reviews with process SMEs, updates the process documentation if require
Respond to queries via the various IT helpdesk channels i.e. phone, email, portal and in person
Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques
Provide resolution within SLA according to priority of the logged issue
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Keep record of problems and follow-up with customers
Training of other staff in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
Gain feedback from customers to improve service and training methods
Write and edit training manuals
