A technically strong / astute individual, with a strong appreciation of management systems and people / personnel management.
Qualifications
Technical degree / Technical diploma / Trade certification.
Responsibilities
Technically sound individual whose core responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the management of the floor / assembly team, taking all projects from final design phase, through the build process, through to complete testing, installation, and after-sales technical support.
Should have a healthy understanding / appreciation of QMS (quality management systems), ISO 9001 protocol, task management and resource allocation, monitoring of output, reducing / minimising expenditure, and reducing / mitigating overtime (not adverse to long hours, late nights and weekend work). This role might also require the need for international travel.
Other requirements:
No criminal record.
Of healthy mental state.
Own means of transport.
Valid passport (preferable).
Probation:
2 Month probation, with offer of extension / permanent employment thereafter.
