Minimum Requirements:● Matric, a diploma or certificate in short term / goods-in-transit insurance will be an advantage.● 2 years similar experience as claims administrator either with an insurance broker/ underwriter or transport company.● A thorough approach to administrative tasks and a service driven approach.● Good time management skills● Assertive with above average communication skills and interpersonal skills.● Good telephone manner, writing skills and well versed in e-mail etiquette.● Computer literacy – MS Excel & MS Word skills.Responsibilities:(Including but not limited to)● All tasks pertaining to the investigation, processing and administration of claims.● Open and register claims and capture detail on claims program.● Process claim documentation and create claim invoices.● General administrative tasks, filing and recordkeeping.The post appeared first on .
