- Collaborate with recruiters to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our ATS system.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our candidate experience and employer branding efforts.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- 1+ Years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Strong sales ability with business development experience
- Genuine interest in the technology industry and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Ect).
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience in technology recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Exposure to South Africa's vibrant tech ecosystem and leading tech companies.
