As Sales Associate Manager, you will lead sales strategy and execution, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize market impact. This role requires strong leadership experience and a proven track record in healthcare sales, ideally within digital health or health tech.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue targetsRecruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including telesales and community representativesSet individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching for successAnalyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform decisionsCollaborate with marketing to deliver lead generation and customer acquisition initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholdersNegotiate and close complex deals to establish long-term, profitable business relationshipsManage sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting processes effectivelyContinuously refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies for improved efficiencyRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsAbout YouBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree advantageous)6+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership roleRelevant healthcare sector experience, ideally in digital health, health tech, or healthcare servicesProven success in building, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teamsStrong knowledge of sales strategy, market development, and partner engagement in healthcareExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
