- Own reliable transport to and from the estate
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Comfortable engaging with distinguished clientele, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
- Well-presented and neat appearance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Enthusiastic and positive personality, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure
