General Engineering Supervisor - Mining - Northern Cape

• Management of the Deeps TMM Engineering team, upholding safety standards, maintenance, services, and repairs on various trackless mobile equipment.
• Coordinating the diagnosing and fault finding on TMM Equipment.
• Management of improvement projects and budgets planned maintenance execution and critical spares planning.
• Supervising of multi-discipline teams.
• Conduct overtime and standby duties.

• Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate with N6 Engineering certificate.
• 5-10 years in a supervisory role.
• 5-10 years of experience in heavy underground mining equipment.
• Sound knowledge of underground trucks and scoops, utility vehicles and transport fleets.
• Valid Code B driver's license.
• Good interpersonal, planning, administrative and organizing skills.
• Must be able to work in a team as well as contribute to the team's performance, growth, and morale.
• Must have high levels of self-motivation, good problem-solving skills and set high-quality standards of work.
