- Design scalable, secure Salesforce architectures and solution roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Oversee configuration, custom development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), and integrations (APIs, Mulesoft).
- Manage data modeling, migration, and system health.
- Lead workshops, mentor delivery teams, and enforce best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Support go-live and post-deployment optimization.
- Strong use of declarative tools and custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce).
- Deep understanding of integration architecture (APIs, middleware like Mulesoft, web services).
- Strong grasp of data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
- Project Experience: Leading Salesforce projects in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Certifications (at least some are expected, especially for credibility): Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application or System Architect (CTA is a bonus).
- 5+ years in Salesforce architecture/solution design.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Expertise in integrations, security, and performance optimization.
- Skilled in Agile/DevOps delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Preferred certifications: Application/System Architect, Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (CTA advantageous).
