You're competitive, commercially sharp, and hungry to leave your mark on a business with big growth ambitions.What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) This is a rare opportunity to build something significant – in a role where your impact will be visible at board level. You'll take command of a division contributing approx. 30% of company turnover, and unlock its full potential. Leading a compact but capable team, you'll re-energise business development, win high-value contracts, and break into new territories, including fast-emerging players. Alongside driving sales, you'll keep key OEM and aftermarket clients engaged, oversee budgets and pricing, and ensure full compliance with industry requirements.Where you'll be doing it You’ll be working with the leaders of an ambitious company with deep history and a stated goal to hit R1 billion turnover by 2027, they operate with the urgency, agility, and ambition of a business on the move. Expect a performance-driven, commercially savvy culture where results are recognised and rewarded.What you'll need At least 15 years' experience in the automotive industry, supplying into Tier-1 or OEMs, with a minimum of five years at senior management level.
