Job Summary Trinity Protection Services is seeking One additional (1) experienced and reliable Control Room Operators to join our Offsite Monitoring and Fleet Tracking division. Successful candidates will play a vital role in real-time surveillance, fleet tracking, and security coordination across multiple sites. Minimum Requirements: • PSIRA Grade C or higher • Previous experience in a control room environment • Matric/Grade 12 certificate • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Tech-savvy, with experience using security applications and tracking platforms. • Physically fit and able to work under pressure. • No criminal record Key Responsibilities: • Monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and GPS-based fleet tracking platforms. • Coordinate effectively with response teams and maintain clear communication with clients. • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift records. • Microsoft Office and control room software for documentation and reporting. Key Competencies: • Excellent communication, observation, and multitasking skills. • Technically confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. • Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
