We are seeking a skilled Floor Manager in Germiston to oversee our clients operations and ensure smooth functioning of our clients facilities. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will need to have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Planning and Scheduling: Developing Laser production schedules to meet customer demands and on time delivery while optimizing resource utilization.

Supervising Staff: Leading and managing Laser teams, including training, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
Quality Control: Ensuring products meet quality standards by implementing quality assurance protocols and conducting regular inspections.
Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments such as sales, Production team, Value added and logistics to ensure alignment of production goals and customer requirement

Reporting: Preparing reports on production metrics, performance, and issues, and presenting findings to upper management.

Problem Solving: Addressing Laser production issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
