- Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assist with personal errands as required
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Professionalism and a proactive attitude
