- Customer Support: Providing technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may have with their vehicles.
- Fabrication and assembly of bus body components
- Welding and metalwork
- Power tool operation
- Technical drawing interpretation
- Knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics

- Technical Training: Completion of a technical training program in automotive repair, heavy vehicle mechanics, or a related field.
