The Aftersales Technician plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building trust, and maintaining the reputation of the vehicle manufacturer or dealership.The main responsibility of an Aftersales Technician is to:Diagnose and Repair Vehicles After Delivery to Customers, more specifically, their primary duties typically include:
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and diagnosing technical issues with vehicles after they have been delivered to customers.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Performing repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Warranty Work: Conducting warranty repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that all work is done in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Customer Support: Providing technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues they may have with their vehicles.

  • Apprenticeship: Completion of an apprenticeship program in a relevant trade.
Preferred Requirements * Tertiary qualification In Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
