Applicants for this role should have leadership exposure, have worked in companies with large divisions/subsidiaries and understand agility in an ever-changing environment.Description

Produce: consolidated balance sheets, consolidated income statements, consolidated cash flows, group management accounts and divisionalised management accounts
Perform operational and financial analysis.
Oversee and perform the consolidation process.
Management accounting - Financial accounting - Group accounting
Forecast results and be involved in annual business planning.
Provide technical accounting support.
Management of group statutory audit process
Drafting annual financial statements
Ensuring a fully operational consolidation and reporting system

Minimum Requirements

Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with experience in group consolidations for a large entity
5 years’ experience in Finance functions (including articles)
Supervisory level in a finance or Audit context
Financial accounting/IFRS
Knowledge of SAP / BPC highly sought
Exposure to Supply Chain industry & cross border transactions would be advantageous
