- Develop and implement strategic and creative sales plans to elevate brand visibility and drive revenue.
- Lead projecting, planning, and budgeting efforts across campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with designers, the Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Merchandising team to curate and showcase exclusive collections.
- Strengthen relationships with designers and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on vision and execution.
- Manage and grow the brands online presence, working hand-in-hand with digital and e-commerce teams.
- Deliver cohesive campaigns across both physical retail and digital platforms, tailored to the luxury consumer.
- Completed relevant tertiary studies (Marketing, Brand Strategy, Retail Management or related).
- Experience in luxury retail or premium fashion/lifestyle brands is highly advantageous.
- A creative and strategic thinker who thrives on innovation and brand storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and nurture high-value relationships.
- Exceptional project management and organisational abilities.
