- Salary: Approximately R15,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
- Draft and post job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, PNet, Careers24, etc.)
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage job offers, employment contracts, and background/reference checks
- Maintain recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate pre-boarding logistics (IT setup, workstation, welcome pack, etc.)
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
- Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation (contracts, policies, etc.)
- Serve as the primary contact for new employees during their first 90 days
- Gather feedback on the onboarding experience and recommend improvements
