Junior Accountant

• 4 Year B Com Accounting Degree (with complete SAICA / SAIPA articles will be advantageous)
• Computer Literate: MS Office , Pastel Evolution.
• 3-5 years' working experience in a Business Environment.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written in Afrikaans and English.

• Pastel software upgrades and backups of current and previous financial year data.
• Trail balance on financial year end.
• Cashbook reconciliations for each bank account and annual petty cash reconciliation.
• Financial year end General Ledger reconciliation.
• Annual bank certificate IT3 that reflects balance on financial year end with interest earned.
• Controlling and reconciling of debtors and creditors accounts.
• Compiling stock / inventory lists and annual stock take reconciliation.
• Asset and liabilities agreements and statements.
• SARS administration including Vat and PAYE.
• Payroll administration including IRP5 certificates and EMP501, annual payroll analysis and summary.
• Tracking and reporting on any unusual financial transactions.
• Financial document control and data processing.
• Preparing of annual financial statements.

• Comprehensive updated CV;
