- Minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience, with 3 year’s senior experience and financial manager experience.
- Preferably experience in a holding company or diverse group.
- degree NQF 7, and CIMA or ACCA or SAIPA designation.
- Experience in fair value measurement advantageous.
- Preparation of monthly financial reporting (journal processing, balance sheet recons, consolidation).
- Accounts payable cycle review and sign off (preparation where required).
- Preparation monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Preparation budgeting and forecasts.
- Acting as company secretary.
- Ensuring compliance of group.
- Preparing reporting packs.
- Management of external audit.
- Annual AFS preparation.
- Tax Computation and submission.
- Monthly monitoring of investee performance.
- Valuation preparation/Inputs and review.
- Covenant monitoring/debts management.
- Excellent Microsoft office suite skills, with Excel being essential.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Deadline and detail orientated.
- Well-rounded team player.
- Individual with high integrity
