Be a thought leader, driving positive changes and monitoring the impact of assessments.
Build HR capacity, ensuring our people contribute to successful assessment outcomes.

Be a key player in integrating assessments into our learning and development initiatives.
Contribute to exciting strategic initiatives that shape the future of assessment and development.

What you need:

Honours Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology required.
A Masters Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology would be advantageous.
Be a registered Psychometrist or Psychologist with the HPCSA.
Bring over 5 years of experience, including two years in administering competency and psychometric assessments.
Be the expert advising Line Managers and elevating HR capabilities in assessment governance and practice.
