- Part of the Creative Hub
- Works with a team of Traffic Managers, Creative Strategist, Creation Directors, Designers, Copy writers, Ad Developers and Client servicing teams.
- Works internally with all departments within the Creative Hub, and in-market teams and externally with clients.
- Design and produce a variety of digital assets, including banners, social media content, paid media creatives, 2D designs and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the Senior Art Director and wider creative team to develop compelling campaign concepts.
- Ensure creative assets are optimized for adtech platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio.
- Edit video content and create motion graphics for digital advertising and social campaigns.
- Develop a master paid media visual guideline based on existing brand guidelines.
- Adapt assets for multiple countries and regions, ensuring flexibility in design to accommodate different languages and cultural nuances.
- Implement AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, scaling large creative campaigns quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of design systems and modular creative approaches to drive consistency and adaptability.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, 2D design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro,) and Figma.
- Experience with adtech platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, DV360, and Creative Studio.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, responsive design principles, and animation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
- Experience with AI-driven design tools is a plus.
