- To deliver excellent customer service to all clients and students.
- To be able to display and apply extensive product knowledge.
- To be able to display accurate and efficient use of the ICAS system.
- Be able to liaise effectively with students and to ensure all student queries are effectively dealt with.
- General Administration for the sales department.
2.A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
3.Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
4.Computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
