Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving results? We're seeking a dynamic individual with 5 to 10 years of solution sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in TES Blue Collar Sales. Your ability to navigate recruitment processes and strategically implement high-volume projects will be invaluable in this role.Key Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in solution sales, particularly in TES Blue Collar environments
  • Proven track record of recruitment and selection
  • Strategic project implementation skills, especially in TES projects
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour Legislation, including BCEA, LRA, and Bargaining Councils
  • Strong background in new business development across diverse industries such as FMCG, Logistics, and Mining
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture client relationships to expand business opportunities
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Ensure attainment of monthly financial goals set by management
  • Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking
  • Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently
  • Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating effective negotiation skills
  • Conduct thorough research on clients to optimize networking opportunities
