- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage and oversee the full recruitment and selection process, including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees and managers
- Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes
- Maintain HR records and prepare relevant reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle
- Strong working knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
