Solar Site Manager

- Manage daily operations and teams on active solar construction sites.
- Oversee the installation of solar mounting structures (rooftop, ground mount, carport, and tracker systems).
- Coordinate civil works, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain site compliance.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring that projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate regularly with Engineers, Project Managers, and clients.
- Maintain accurate site diaries, reports, and handover documentation.
- 3–5 years' experience in construction site management (solar or structural experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of civil and mechanical installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of OHS regulations and construction site safety practices.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
- Construction management qualification or trade background is advantageous.
