It’s the Golden Rule – the simple idea that if you treat people well, the way you would like to be treated, they will do the same.” – Isadore Sharp, Founder and Chairman Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsJob SummaryOur Housekeeping team is dedicated to accommodating guest requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary.Key Activities:Work closely with contract companies and seasonal workforce to ensure delivering quality product and meeting Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts standards.Ability to resolve customer complaints and handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.Responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory and divisional expenses such as uniforms, linens, guest supplies, cleaning supplies and contract services.The ability to interview and select job applicants as well as effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluations for employees and convey clear instructions and guidance to staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale.The ability to participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase guest satisfaction and service standards.Learn more about
