You will be supported by a highly experienced finance team and work closely with the Client's executive management team to transform their operational strategies into reality by supporting operating unit heads with your financial expertise. To excel in this role, you should have an analytical mind and a keen understanding of how a business works in the real world not just on paperRequirements:

BCom Accounting degree
Five years prior experience and completed articles with any of the following regulatory bodies: SAICA, SAIPA or SAIBA
CA(SA) preferred
Good analytical skills and highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Caseware experience will be advantageous
The company operates in the Agri environment and applicants therefore need to be able to speak, read and write in both English and Afrikaans at an advanced level
Own transport and a valid code EB (Code 08) driver's licence

Ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding the business process and system optimisation
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Able to function independently and express good self-management techniques.
Solution-driven mindset: the ability to identify the nature of a problem, deconstruct it and develop an effective set of actions to address the challenges related to it
