Pass Runner (Hoseki Restaurant)

• Assist with any reasonable requests by a manager
• Be able to fill duties and responsibilities of a waiter
• Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the pass areas
• Check that all mise en place is complete and ready for service
• Polish all plates and copper bowels for service
• Should be able to carry a tray with food safely
• Knowledgeable about the menu & Estate
• Should be able to know all table numbers
• Assist any of the chefs in the kitchen if need be
• Responsible for sorting all empty wine bottles and organising the area where empty wine bottles are stored
• Polish cutlery when all pass duties are completed
• Assist the waiters in the restaurant
• Place orders for any condiments with the chefs

• Preferably 1-2 years’ previous pass runner, restaurant or kitchen experience
• Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele

• Must be well-presented
• Flexibility & Accountability

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Planning & Organizing skills
