- HR qualification (essential).
- 4+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Strong background in HR administration, including recruitment, issuing offers, onboarding, payroll, group benefits, HRIS updates, and monthly reporting. Strong understanding of South African employment law and compliance requirements.
- Experience with full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in performance management systems and compensation frameworks.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to support organisational objectives through people initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience coaching and developing managers.
- Analytical mindset with experience using People metrics to guide decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries would be an advantage.
