Reporting to the IT ERP Program Manager, this role is responsible for leading a team that manages the end-to-end data migration process from acquisition legacy ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). Qualified candidates will be highly skilled in relevant ERP functions and passionate about driving successful integrations. This position operates during working hours of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to global transformation from anywhere.ResponsibilitiesAs an ERP Data Migration Team Lead at Woolpert, you will:

Oversee the teams' process of migrating acquisition company legacy ERP system to Microsoft D365 FO/CE.
Lead a data migration team, manage resources, ensure data integrity, manage project timelines/risks.
Plan, manage, and execute data migration projects.

Orchestrate and coordinate ERP team data migration activities from acquisition legacy ERP systems to D365 FO/CE including the management of data extract, transformation and load activities and mock conversion events. * Monitor and report progress on team data migration tasks, including identification of schedule and data quality risks and mitigation plans.

Guide the team in adopting best practices for data strategy, data cleansing, system configuration, and user adoption.

Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or a minimum of 8+ years of equivalent education and relevant work experience.

Technical Skills

Senior-level knowledge of at least one major ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (D365FO/CE preferred).
Solid understanding of database management, including database concepts and experience with systems used by ERP platforms.
Proven ability to integrate ERP systems with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Hands-on experience with data migration processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Familiarity with the underlying technologies and infrastructure that support ERP systems.
