This role will be assisting in providing accurate, effective, and timely Accounting services to Nintex EMEA entities, in accordance with legislative requirements. The role also provides support and advice to the Finance team and employees. This role will be a fixed term contract for six months.Your contribution will be:
  • Ensure all monthly EMEA balance sheets are reconciled to the general ledger with minimal outstanding items.
  • Perform month-end close functions including preparation of asset, liability, and inter-company journal entries.
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting on accounting matters as required.
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date records are kept in accounting systems as required.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all employees and Nintex finance teams on any relevant accounting query.
  • Liaising with and resolving any external auditor queries.
  • General accounting, finance and administration duties including providing support to the global accounting team
  • International accounting and reporting, as required.
  • BBBEE reporting and assistance as needed
  • Assist with preparation of various Statutory Financial Statements
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as they arise across various teams
  • Be flexible in a constantly changing and high growth business environment
To be successful, we think you need:
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Accounting of Finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • SAIPA qualification beneficial
