You’ll be known as someone who consistently delivers, solves complex problems, and supports your teammates.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProcess a high volume of accounts payable and invoices weeklyReconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepanciesSupport month-end closing proceduresReconcile tenant chargebacks and assist with bank statement reconciliationMaintain vendor database and ensure accuracyCommunicate with vendors regarding credits and questionsAssist with year-end 1099 filingsCollaborate closely with property managers to manage assets and vendor relationsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsDetail-oriented with strong accounting knowledgeExcellent communication skills across all levelsSelf-starter who can prioritize and work independentlyAbility to interpret and follow written and verbal instructionsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Familiar with general accounting procedures and compliance standardsOrganized, deadline-driven, and accountablePreferred ExperienceExperience with Yardi Voyager or similar property management/accounting software
