Junior Chef

• Must have a Culinary Certificate/Diploma
• Minimum of at least 1 year of previous experience as a chef in a luxury environment
• Exposure to high-end kitchens beneficial
• Knowledge about flavors, plating, and trying new recipes
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
• Must be punctual and self-disciplined
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must provide a food portfolio when applying
• Must be eager to grow their career
