As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the company's marketing strategy and execution. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and digital marketing excellence. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure marketing supports the wider business goals and positions the company as a trusted partner in workforce management solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business objectivesDrive brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activitiesPlan and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital, events, and traditional marketingLead digital initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaignsOversee creation of content including website updates, case studies, and thought-leadership piecesTrack, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROICollaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business development and client success goalsManage external agencies and represent the company at key industry eventsAbout YouBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B technology or SaaSStrong expertise in digital marketing and lead generationProven track record of delivering measurable and successful campaignsExcellent communication, copywriting, and project management skillsExperience in workforce management or compliance-related solutions advantageousSelf-driven, organised, and able to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities
