- Relevant experience in property management, real estate, or a comparable field
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients and tenants
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential matters
- Matric (Grade 12) required; further qualifications in business, property, or administration will be advantageous
- Act as the primary contact for tenants regarding inquiries, maintenance issues, and general communication
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of tenants and properties, including lease agreements, contact information, and payment histories
- Organize and coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities with contractors and service providers
- Assist in billing processes and ensure timely rent collection
- Draft and manage all necessary correspondence, reports, and documentation related to leases, renewals, and official notices
- Facilitate leasing processes by handling tenant applications and onboarding paperwork
- Monitor lease terms, follow up on expirations, renewals, and manage vacancies accordingly
- Ensure all property management activities comply with relevant laws and internal policies
- Oversee the administration of utilities, service agreements, and insurance policies
- Manage renewal processes for vehicle licenses
- Coordinate diary and appointment schedules for shareholders
- Perform additional duties assigned by management on an ad hoc basis
