Roles and Responsibilities:Personal Assistant Duties:Diary and timesheet management for the Director, Associate Director and Senior Managers (X2)Perform ad hoc requests and general administrative support to the Director, Associate Director and Senior Managers (X2)Schedule and coordinate client meetings including organising venues and catering, drafting meeting agendas, taking and issuing minutes and maintaining attendance registersHandle/screen calls and take accurate messagesDraft correspondence General Administrative Support:Arranging venues and cateringArrange and coordinate all travel requestsAssist with document formatting, including presentations, reports and proposalsEnsure that strong room archiving is up to dateEnsure that filing is up to dateProducing invoicesQualifications:· Grade 12 / Matric is essential· Secretarial / Administration Diploma preferable/ excellent experience· Drivers license preferableExperience in a personal assistant or administrative roleThe post appeared first on .
